Fundraising Ideas

Planning a trip to Scotland or simply want to raise funds for an end of year party?

We are pleased to offer a variety of fundraising options to dance schools.

While we are a small publishing company, we do understand the high costs that can be involved in highland dancing and piping and would like to help in any way we can.  We have had several requests recently for fundraising ideas and as a result, we have developed some options that may be used to help raise a few dollars within a dance school, pipe band or association.

Simple and easily organized, these ideas are also unique! 

10% DISCOUNT

All of our products may be ordered with a 10% discount that may be used to raise funds for a dance school. Simply print the order form from this website and hand out copies to all of the dancers and parents in your school and have them returned to you to place one single order.

New Custom CALENDARS

NEW Calendar featuring your Dance school or pipe band

 One year, 11”x17” poster calendars may be designed with your own logo or photo(s).

These calendars have become quite popular with dance schools and pipe bands

and because they are economically priced, they may be sold as a fundraiser

The calendars may also be customised to show ANY 12 month period

(i.e. January-December, June-May, September-August etc.)

COOK BOOKS

Cookbooks are also quite popular and we would be pleased to help you develop one for your group with a highland flair!  These 5”x7” coil bound books are a great way to pass along everyone’s tried and true family favourite recipes. We will send you an MSWord document to use as a template to key in all of your recipes. Once that is done, send it to us and we will be pleased to do the final editing and layout. You may also quite often use many of your own images or logos for the cover and divider pages. The cost varies with the number of recipes and pages, but because we are a small publisher, we do not require minimum orders. SCHOOL or BAND HANDBOOKS

Customised Handbooks are coil bound books with all the information pertaining to

your dance school  or pipe band along with a calendar, gear bag checklist, note pages and more! Visit the Handbooks page for more detailed information on these handbooks.

Costs vary with size but include a minimum of

28 pages and a colour cover of your dance school or pipe band logo or photo.

We are always open to new ideas and suggestions. If you have any, let us know and we may be able to help you turn it into a fundraising endeavour.
